Was ist Fulfillment?
Fulfillment covers every step of order processing in e-commerce – from warehousing, picking and packing to shipping and returns handling.
Was macht ein Fulfillment-Dienstleister?
A fulfillment provider handles the logistics for online shops: storing the goods, picking orders, packing and shipping them, and taking care of returns. That lets you focus on your product and your customers.
Welche Leistungen bietet FulFy an?
We take care of the whole process: goods receipt, warehousing and inventory management, picking, packing, shipping and returns. We also offer additional services such as Amazon pre-FBA prep, labelling and parcel inserts.
Lohnt sich Fulfillment auch für kleine Shops?
Yes. Smaller and growing shops in particular benefit, because there’s no need to invest in your own warehouse, staff and technology, and costs grow with your volume.

Wie sicher ist meine Ware bei euch?
Our warehouse is equipped with a comprehensive surveillance system that covers every corner. Alarm and deterrence systems provide additional protection.
Wann wird meine Ware eingelagert?
As a rule, we book your goods in on the same day they arrive. If there is a delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Versendet ihr auch international?
Yes. We ship within Germany, to the EU and beyond. We’ll discuss together which carriers make sense for your product range and target markets.
Wie funktioniert die Retourenabwicklung?
We accept returns, check the condition of the items and book them back into your stock accordingly – via the Returnless returns portal if you like.
Für welche Produkte eignet sich FulFy?
We handle a range of product categories – for example fashion, electronics or cosmetics. The best way to find out whether your range is a good fit is a short call.

Wie kann ich meine Fulfillment-Kosten berechnen?
Our price calculator gives you a first estimate in a few minutes. For an exact quote, we’ll look at your product range together.
Wovon hängen die Kosten ab?
Mainly on the size and weight of your products, your order volume, how long goods are stored and any additional services you need.
Wie transparent sind eure Preise?
Very transparent. You’ll find our main prices right here on the website, and every item in your quote is listed separately – with no hidden fees.
Gibt es Mindestmengen oder lange Vertragslaufzeiten?
No, there are no minimum quantities, and we don’t rely on long lock-in periods. There is a monthly base fee of €49.99 for integration, transactions and service.
