Questions about packaging
Wie wird die Verpackungspauschale berechnet?
By parcel weight: up to 5 kg €0.90, up to 10 kg €1.30 and up to 31.5 kg €1.80 per parcel. Packaging material is charged additionally, depending on size.
Legt ihr Flyer oder Gutscheine bei?
Yes. We add parcel inserts such as flyers, vouchers or thank-you cards for €0.15 per parcel.
Könnt ihr Rechnungen oder Zollpapiere beilegen?
Yes. We attach a paper invoice to the parcel for €1.00, and customs documents for €1.50.
