Wann wird meine Ware eingelagert?
Our goal is to book your goods in on the same day they are delivered. If there is a delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Ist meine Ware bei euch sicher?
Yes. Our warehouse is equipped with a comprehensive surveillance system that covers every corner. Alarm and deterrence systems provide additional protection.
Kann ich auch Ware mit Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum bei euch lagern?
Yes. Managing best-before dates is the responsibility of the owner of the goods. We always work on a first in, first out basis.
Kann ich Fotos von meiner Ware erhalten?
Yes, as an additional service that is billed separately. We agree the scope – such as the number and frequency of photos – with you individually.
